 Pursuant to the Kentucky Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), LBurg Auto Sales, LLC, secured party (LBurg Auto Sales), shall offer for sale at public auction, to commence promptly at 10:00 a.m., on September 15, 2025, on the premises of LBurg Auto Sales, 753 West Broadway, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and with the proceeds to be applied on account of, and not in full satisfaction, of the debt and obligation of FS Exterior Contractors, LLC, 125 Silver Lakes Drive, Clarksville, Indiana 47129 as Debtor to Lburg Auto Sales, and other repair costs and charges for and in the aggregate amount of $8,229.00, the 2017 Nissan Altima, VIN # 1N4AL3AP6HC229595 (“Altima”) in order to satisfy Lburg Auto Sales’ first and prior lien in said Altima on the following terms and conditions (i) at the time of the sale, the successful bidder shall make payment in full of the purchase price for the Altima in either cash or certified funds made payable to “Lburg Auto Sales”; (ii) the successful bidder shall take ownership of said Altima AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties of any kind being made, including, without limitation, any warranties regarding the condition of the Altima or suitability of the Altima for any particular purpose; (iii) the successful bidder shall take title and possession of the Altima free and clear of all encumbrances thereon; (iii) the successful bidder shall have possession of the Altima upon payment in full of the purchase price and having provided proof of automobile liability insurance and having signed documents sufficient to enable Lburg Auto Sales to effect the record transfer of the Altima to the purchaser and shall remove said Altima from the premises of LBurg Auto Sales; and (iv) Lburg Auto Sales reserves its rights to exercise its creditor bid rights to purchase the Altima by application of some portion of the said $8,229.00 to its bid. 

 Pursuant to the Kentucky Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), LBurg Auto Sales, LLC, secured party (LBurg Auto Sales), shall offer for sale at public auction, to commence promptly at 10:00 a.m., on September 15, 2025, on the premises of LBurg Auto Sales, 753 West Broadway, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and with the proceeds to be applied on account of, and not in full satisfaction, of the debt and obligation of FS Exterior Contractors, LLC, 125 Silver Lakes Drive, Clarksville, Indiana 47129 as Debtor to Lburg Auto Sales, and other repair costs and charges for and in the aggregate amount of $5,357.70, the 2018 Hyundai Elantra, VIN # KMHD74LFXJU442536 (“Elantra”) in order to satisfy Lburg Auto Sales’ first and prior lien in said Elantra on the following terms and conditions (i) at the time of the sale, the successful bidder shall make payment in full of the purchase price for the Elantra in either cash or certified funds made payable to “Lburg Auto Sales”; (ii) the successful bidder shall take ownership of said Elantra AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties of any kind being made, including, without limitation, any warranties regarding the condition of the Elantra or suitability of the Elantra for any particular purpose; (iii) the successful bidder shall take title and possession of the Elantra free and clear of all encumbrances thereon; (iii) the successful bidder shall have possession of the Elantra upon payment in full of the purchase price and having provided proof of automobile liability insurance and having signed documents sufficient to enable Lburg Auto Sales to effect the record transfer of the Elantra to the purchaser and shall remove said Elantra from the premises of LBurg Auto Sales; and (iv) Lburg Auto Sales reserves its rights to exercise its creditor bid rights to purchase the Elantra by application of some portion of the said $5,357.70 to its bid 

 Pursuant to the Kentucky Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), LBurg Auto Sales, LLC, secured party (LBurg Auto Sales), shall offer for sale at public auction, to commence promptly at 10:00 a.m., on September 15, 2025, on the premises of LBurg Auto Sales, 753 West Broadway, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and with the proceeds to be applied on account of, and not in full satisfaction, of the debt and obligation of FS Exterior Contractors, LLC, 125 Silver Lakes Drive, Clarksville, Indiana 47129 as Debtor to Lburg Auto Sales, and other repair costs and charges for and in the aggregate amount of $12,707.19, the 2020 Chevrolet Malibu, VIN # 1G1ZD5ST1LF069578 (“Malibu”) in order to satisfy Lburg Auto Sales’ first and prior lien in said Malibu on the following terms and conditions (i) at the time of the sale, the successful bidder shall make payment in full of the purchase price for the Malibu in either cash or certified funds made payable to “Lburg Auto Sales”; (ii) the successful bidder shall take ownership of said Malibu AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties of any kind being made, including, without limitation, any warranties regarding the condition of the Malibu or suitability of the Malibu for any particular purpose; (iii) the successful bidder shall take title and possession of the Malibu free and clear of all encumbrances thereon; (iii) the successful bidder shall have possession of the Malibu upon payment in full of the purchase price and having provided proof of automobile liability insurance and having signed documents sufficient to enable Lburg Auto Sales to effect the record transfer of the Malibu to the purchaser and shall remove said Malibu from the premises of LBurg Auto Sales; and (iv) Lburg Auto Sales reserves its rights to exercise its creditor bid rights to purchase the Malibu by application of some portion of the said $12,707.19 to its bid. 

Pursuant to the Kentucky Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), LBurg Auto Sales, LLC, secured party (LBurg Auto Sales), shall offer for sale at public auction, to commence promptly at 10:00 a.m., on September 15, 2025, on the premises of LBurg Auto Sales, 753 West Broadway, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and with the proceeds to be applied on account of, and not in full satisfaction, of the debt and obligation of Carlos M Castillo, 700 Claysville landing, Elizabethtown, Ky, 42701  as Debtor to Lburg Auto Sales, and other repair costs and charges for and in the aggregate amount of $12,500.51, the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder vin # 5n1dr2mm4hc649385 (Pathfinder) in order to satisfy Lburg Auto Sales’ first and prior lien in said Malibu on the following terms and conditions (i) at the time of the sale, the successful bidder shall make payment in full of the purchase price for the Malibu in either cash or certified funds made payable to “Lburg Auto Sales”; (ii) the successful bidder shall take ownership of said Malibu AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties of any kind being made, including, without limitation, any warranties regarding the condition of the Malibu or suitability of the Malibu for any particular purpose; (iii) the successful bidder shall take title and possession of the Malibu free and clear of all encumbrances thereon; (iii) the successful bidder shall have possession of the Malibu upon payment in full of the purchase price and having provided proof of automobile liability insurance and having signed documents sufficient to enable Lburg Auto Sales to effect the record transfer of the Malibu to the purchaser and shall remove said Malibu from the premises of LBurg Auto Sales; and (iv) Lburg Auto Sales reserves its rights to exercise its creditor bid rights to purchase the Pathfinder by application of some portion of the said $12,500.51 to its bid.
